night to knot
amidst the scent of forthcoming leaves
that fall and fall into dustenings
comes a sound of the end
and brutal wind
ah such gems and among muy bonita diamond.
drawing out of the dark earth’s well
You’ve tied your rope around my bucket waist,
into a knot that cannot be undone
and i’m drawn…
drawn into the light
and rescued from the night
from night to knot…. night to knot.
transferred from kingdom darkness
into the kingdom of the Son of His love.
pull so strong and smooth and move
higher and ascended into and past mountains above
the inner well bricks pass below
and i hear the left behind cavern’s echo
as breathes of safety and secure inhale
as the Spirit’s water…
now has filled this once-empty pail.
